Ret. Four-Star Army General John P. Abizaid coming to Daytona Beach
"Strategic Challenges in the Middle East"
Ret. General Abizaid will be speaking at a luncheon hosted by The Chamber on Wednesday, January 28th at Sunset Harbor Yacht Club. The program will begin at 12 noon (registration begins at 11:45 a.m.)

General Abizaid retired from the United States Army after 34 years of service, with his last role as the longest-serving Commander of United States Central Command forces. He rose from infantry platoon leader to become the youngest four-star general in the Army and was responsible for U.S. military strategy in the Middle East.
