In a world where your competition is just a mouse click away, improving your customers’ experience isn’t a nicety, it is a necessity. Getting a 360-degree view of your customers can help you meet their needs and build loyalty. Leveraging technology properly can provide this insight into your clients, but what customer relationship system(s) are you using? Are they helping or hurting your business?

JoAnne King and Diana Fritz from Coastal Cloud will share tips on evaluating your current system, as well as ensuring your business is seeing the return on investment you want and the improved customer experience your clients deserve. After all, customer acquisition is six to seven times more expensive than customer retention.

The Business Smarts Education and Training Series provides a venue for the local business community to access the training and education they need with input on what those subjects should be. Topics include leadership development, sales training, social media and internet marketing, and much more.
