Hospitality-related Business Updates
4 Rivers Daytona will offer pop-up drive-thru stations. Guests can place their drive-thru orders online, by phone, or via the 4 Rivers App.
Bahama Breeze Daytona Beach is currently open from 11am-8pm for carry out orders (we are also selling beer and wine to go). We are currently offering 15% off of carry out orders (code 106 for online orders) and free delivery* within a 15 minute radius. *Delivery orders must be called in.

The Cinematique Theater has suspended all in-theater film screenings and live events. The Cinema Cafe is open for lunch (take-out; credit card only) Monday through Friday from 12 pm to 2 pm.
Beginning Friday, March 27, Cinematique will launch a Virtual Screening Room via our website at www.cinematique.org where patrons can access theater-exclusive films which are not available on streaming or on demand services. Virtual tickets will range from $10 to $12. These films can be enjoyed at home via a web browser, Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, or mobile devices (Android, iOS) with a portion of proceeds directly benefiting Cinematique during these uncertain times.
We have reduced our complimentary breakfast to include only a grab and go option consisting of a fruit, granola bar and a pastry, juice or coffee - NO SEATING AVAILABLE. Our bar is closed until further notice.

Daytona Beach Regency by Diamond Resorts is remaining open and in full operation. The coffee stations are down until further notice, the Tiki Bar is takeout only, and the activities department is temporarily closed, but otherwise the property is fully operational and functioning.

Marine Science Center will be closed to visitors until further notice. Employees will continue to work seven days a week to care for the sick and injured turtles and seabirds in their care. They will also accept new animals. Residents who find a sick or injured turtle or seabird can call the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission at 888-404-FWCC or the Marine Science Center at 386-304-5545 for instructions.

Museum of Arts & Sciences will be temporarily closed to the public and all events have been postponed until further notice. Please continue to enjoy the Museum virtually from your home! Pizza King has take out and will be offering delivery service through Grub Hub. Curbside service available by calling 386-253-1221 and pulling up to the corner of Main Street and Ocean Avenue.
The Ponce Inlet Lighthouse & Museum in closed to visitors through March 31. Plans to reopen on April 1 will be reassessed with this rapidly evolving situation. All outreach programs and onsite group tours are cancelled through April 18. A Virtual Tour, at the request of the State of Florida, has been added to our website to enhance our teacher resources and distance learning.
Racing's North Turn is open for Take-Out and Delivery Service within a 5-mile radius of the restaurant. Hours of operation are 11am-9pm.
Grab & Go breakfast available with room rate. 20% discount on room rate for all chamber members. This is an extended stay, all suite hotel that is pet friendly and located near the airport, a Publix and local hospitals.

All Other Business Updates
We are working remotely but pick up and process mail and deposits every morning. We continue to reach out to clients each day, including weekends, to guide them during these difficult times.
Beginning Monday, March 23, Beacon Center staff will work remotely.
Bill Green Jewelers will be closed from March 23 through April 6.
Bravo Supermarket is still open but has changed its operating hours to close at 8pm.
In an effort to protect our customers and staff, CareerSource Flagler Volusia employees will be working solely from a virtual platform. While our offices will not be open to the public, we will continue to provide all essential services and solutions to businesses and job seekers through virtual means including phone, web, and email during regular business hours. This change in operation includes the Career Centers in Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, and Orange City, as well as, the Corporate office.

Father Lopez Catholic High School is transitioning to distance learning on Monday, March 30th. We are still accepting and processing registrations and financial aid applications electronically. Currently, Forestlake Apartments is not showing any apartments and offices are closed to the public. There are video tours available for anyone interested in renting.
GreenUp suspended all travel related activities in addition to our Daytona Beach classroom courses following the recommendations of the authorities due to Coronavirus. All GreenUp staff is fully equipped and experienced with conducting REMOTE Environmental Health and Safety audits for our clients. Also, we will continue to offer online EHS webinars (both live and on-demand) including the newly introduced ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Internal Auditor and Environmental Bootcamp webinars.
Beginning on Monday, March 23, the main facility of Halifax Humane Society will be open from 1:00 to 5:00 pm Monday through Sunday. During these hours of operation, we ask that all customers visit our facility by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call (386) 274-4703. If these hours are not conducive with your schedule, we will try to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. These hours apply to all services including adoptions, admissions, stray, owner surrender, and end of life services and will remain in force until further notice.
All pre-licensing courses are available via live stream, with an online exam. Classroom students limited to no more than 8 for adequate spacing, and to keep group size at or below 10, with staff included. We are using sanitizing and disinfecting products daily on all surfaces and equipment to minimize risk. Office hours remain the same until further notice.
Hours are now Monday through Saturday, 10am-4pm and closed on Sunday.
Continuing to serve patients as best we can utilizing all recommended safe practices outlined by the CDC. We are practicing “contactless“ delivery. Our drivers will leave medications outside the door of a home with a telephone confirmation. Our home infusion nurses are all equipped with PPE (personal protective equipment) for the safety of the patient as well as themselves. They will still be doing home visits as much as possible to ensure the safe delivery of home IV infusions. No Plaquenil, Hydroxychloroquine, masks, gloves, or hand sanitizer available at the present time. No Saturday hours for the foreseeable future.
If patients have to pick up prescription, please call the pharmacy from your car to let us know you are here and someone will come out to give you your medications. Credit card payment is preferred.
At this time, we are packing meals that we give to the children and families in need only at our warehouse and only with our employees. All packing event have been postponed. DONATIONS are ALWAYS welcome through our website.
In order to keep our employees and our communities safe, we have transitioned close to 100% of our workforce to work from home. We are developing new ways to stay connected with our colleagues and stay completely productive as we help our clients navigate this situation.

Advisor Katherine Petrelli is working from home but continues to serve clients via phone and web meeting.

For your safety and ours, we are following OHSA and CDC guidelines which suggest us to maintain a 6’ distance while we service/install your garage door and operator. Ideally, we would appreciate it if you could stay safely inside your home while we provide service to you. If available, please unlock the side entrance to the garage. If you are paying by check we ask you to leave it in the garage for the amount of the service call. We will be taking all credit card payments over the phone for your convenience and safety. Please provide an email address. Overhead Door Company of Daytona Beach will email all receipts.
Our branch offices in Orange City, Palm Coast, and Ormond Beach are available by telephone during regular business hours, but will be physically open for in-person visits by appointment only. We will gladly offer telephone or video conferences with your attorney or paralegal, as well. The main office in Port Orange will remain open with limited staff and attorneys, as long as it is safe to do so.

Publix is designating Tuesday and Wednesdays from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. for senior shopping hours. Customers over 65 are welcome. The change in hours will begin Tuesday, March 24, and continue until further notice.
Publix Pharmacy will also open at 7 a.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to serve the senior population.

Red Wing Shoes has adjusted their hours to the following schedule - Sunday (Closed); Monday-Friday (10am to 6pm); and Saturday (10am to 5pm). We have also closed our showroom but are offering phone-in services with ship to home, ship to job site, and curb side pickup options.

Our physical location is closed. Mentors are only available for email, phone or video sessions. Sunny Side Clean Team is open and ready to assist those who need help. Our cleaning staff is trained to minimize possible contaminations. Manufacturer has confirmed that all our disinfectants are effective against the coronavirus.

The Park at Via Teano office is open on a limited basis. Hours are Monday -Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 10am-4pm. Amenities are not open at this time. please call for information regarding leasing a unit as property tours are not being conducted at this time.
All consultations or estimates are available remotely. If you are looking for longer term remote solutions or simply have questions about all the video conference or remote services you are currently using we will be happy to answer any questions you may come across.
All our employees are required to wear disposable gloves and booties for every interaction with clients. We are also providing Anti-Bacterial Hand Cleaner and Disinfecting Wipes to each Technician. Additionally, we are asking clients if anyone at the address is sick. If so, we are rescheduling to a later date.

Computer recycling event scheduled for April 22 has been postponed and will be rescheduled for fall. Vann Data is open and helping businesses with remote connectivity for their employees. Our help desk is taking calls Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and after hours emergency service is also available.

Winchester Computers is a designated essential business and is still open Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm. Conducting remote fixes online, and doing service calls for businesses and home not under quarantine.
