Workforce housing continues to be a topic of great importance to the Daytona Beach region for residents and businesses alike. Join us for a conversation with Terril Bates, CEO, Daytona Beach Housing Authority, on this important community issue. Counties throughout the nation are trying to find affordable housing as resources decrease and demand increases, but Volusia County is particularly vulnerable as the cost to build new housing spirals.
