Adams, Cameron & Co., Realtors, the region’s leading and most established real estate firm, recently came together for a powerful mid-year market update and a celebration of camaraderie. A panel of
top-performing agents shared their winning strategies for successfully serving both buyers and sellers in today’s “new normal” market. John Adams presented highlights on the local real estate trends. Promotions were also announced that reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to excellence.
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Kristin Petersen to General Manager. Kristin brings an impressive 34 years of real estate experience to this role, having served the company with distinction and vision. Her deep industry knowledge and leadership have been an exceptional asset, and we are excited to continue building on our success with Kristin.
Also promoted is Brett Thompson, who will now serve as our Lead and Referral Coordinator. Brett brings energy, focus, and a forward-thinking approach to this role. The Lead and Referral department handles our relationship with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (a network of top brokerages across the United States and in 70 countries) as well as leads generated by the company from online and other sources to ensure we have buyers for our customers.
As part of our ongoing commitment to agent success, we have introduced our Agent Advisor team. This initiative is designed to provide immediate support, business-building strategies, and creative insights to help our agents thrive. We are proud to have Chrissy Royce, Kaley Maycomber, and Renee Rau leading this Advisory group, offering unparalleled guidance alongside our existing educational and support teams.
Our summer interns, Bobby Adams and Anderson Welch, have played an important role in enhancing our social media outreach and internal operations. Their fresh perspectives have contributed to exciting new opportunities, and we look forward to their continued input.
