As one of the most specialize markets of the Chamber this group of local officials, businesses and professionals meet to coordinate the details of the Annual Master Plan under specific Resolutions and Guidelines established by the City of Daytona Beach. An event of this international magnitude with activities that stretch beyond the borders of the County of Volusia requires specialized coordination and the Daytona Chamber provides the expertise and reach to accomplish such a phenomenal task. Activities include the coordination of activities on private property ensuring compliance with local laws and ordinances as well as securing sponsors to support the event and overseeing proper licensing and trademark requirements.
