The Leadership Daytona program is designed for our community’s active leaders. The two-month course features classes about current issues facilitated by high-level community leaders combining interactive situations and information into their presentations, and an MBA-style case study from the Daytona Regional Chambers Chair for the class to solve.
Mission: To continue to cultivate and develop a broad-based network of leaders who will serve our community through active involvement resulting in positive contributions to the greater Volusia County area.
Born of a Leadership Daytona Chair's Challenge, the Readers to Leaders Initiative is a partnership of the Daytona Regional Chamber, Leadership Daytona Alumni Council, Early Learning Coalition of Flagler Volusia, and Volusia County Schools.
The goal is to increase the number of 3rd graders reading on or above grade level in Volusia County.
Understanding the critical need of having talented workers to sustain our business community in the future, the Daytona Regional Chamber's Workforce & Education Committee meets on a monthly basis.
These key stakeholders to focus on the workforce development, talent attraction/retention, and leadership development needs of the region.
