Level Up: Professional Skills & Personal Branding, a soft skills event, was created to provide high school juniors and seniors an opportunity to connect with local business leaders in a fun, fast, and engaging format, and provide student attendees with an introduction to in-demand employability skills, such as:
Students participate in four conversations on these topics with area business leaders in a speed networking style format. Following the soft skills information sessions, students are able to hear from a community leader with a keynote style presentation as well as a tour of the host facility. The event includes a catered lunch designed to allow students and business mentors to engage in more in-depth conversations around soft skills and other career exploration topics.
